Job summary

Nelson Motors & Equipment Partnership is seeking a Parts Lead to support daily operations of our Parts departments across locations. This hands-on role suits an experienced parts professional who enjoys helping customers, coordinating workflow, mentoring teammates, and keeping inventory and parts processes running smoothly.

The successful candidate will bring parts and machinery knowledge, experience with John Deere applications, and a valid driver’s license, and be willing to live within 50 km

Qualifications

• Parts and machinery knowledge, with John Deere demonstrated asset.
• Experience with John Deere computer applications.
• 3–5 years in an agriculture dealership with parts sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to live within 50 km of the location.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate parts service and coordinate daily workflow.
• Coach and support team members and ensure safe operations.
• Work closely with the Parts Manager to keep the department organized and customer-focused.

We're looking for a Parts Lead to support the day-to-day operation of our Parts departments at each of our locations. This hands‑on role is ideal for an experienced parts professional who enjoys helping customers, coordinating workflow, mentoring team members, and keeping inventory and parts processes running smoothly.

• As a Parts Lead, you will provide accurate parts service while helping coordinate daily workflow. Working closely with the Parts Manager, you will help keep the department organized, customer-focused, and operating safely while coaching and supporting team members.

To be considered for an interview you have:

• Parts and machinery knowledge. John Deere agriculture a very strong asset.
• Experience with John Deere computer applications.
• 3 - 5 years experience at an agriculture dealership with previous parts sales experience a strong asset.
• A valid driver's license.
• Willing to live within 50 kms of the location.
