Job summary

Pattison Agriculture in Humboldt, SK is seeking a Parts Technician to join our fast-paced dealership and be a key first contact for customers. You will help with selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing abilities.
• Agriculture parts and machinery knowledge is required or asset.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential.
• Experience using parts/software systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy parts.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work flexible/extended hours and weekends.
• Farming background/experience is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years in a Parts Department environment.
• Journeyman Parts Designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience in person and on the phone.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, locating parts, and placing orders.
• Suggest additional items that may be beneficial for maintenance.
• Assist in all areas of the parts department as needed (housekeeping, stocking shelves, merchandising).
• Receive, put away, and count inventory.
• Build and maintain customer and co-worker relationships.
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge.
