Position Overview : Finning is seeking a solution-focused Parts Journeyperson – Countersales to join our dynamic team in Edmonton. This role is responsible for providing exceptional parts & inventory service to our customers; you will troubleshoot, collaborate, and effectively handle parts orders via phone, walk-in, or email.

Position Overview : Finning is seeking a solution-focused Parts Journeyperson – Countersales to join our team in Edmonton. This role involves supporting all parts functions including sales, sourcing, and inventory management, developing customer relationships, processing orders, and participating in special projects. You will also support health and safety activities and employee engagement initiatives.

Major Job Functions :

• Support parts sales, sourcing, and inventory control
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Process parts orders, credits, and inspections
• Sort, bin, pack, and label incoming stock and orders
• Participate in special projects and safety activities

Additional functions may include sourcing non-CAT parts, hydraulic hose building, managing backorders, and procurement.

Qualifications :

• Red Seal Journeyperson Parts Certification with relevant experience and product knowledge
• Positive attitude and ability to build respectful relationships
• Effective in dynamic environments, dealing with difficult situations
• Self-motivated, computer literate, with shop parts experience
• Experience with SIS, AIMS, Antares, SIMSi, InfoCast, Lawson M3, Landmark Smart Office, M3 Sales Automation, MS Office is an asset
