Job summary

Village Honda, part of the Wood Automotive Group, is seeking a Parts Inventory Coordinator to join our team. You will verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.

Duties include shipping and receiving, recording inventory, arranging transport, shuttling vehicles between locations, and assisting with Lot Attendant duties. A valid AB driver’s license and accuracy are required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of related shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A valid AB driver’s license and a current, clean driver’s abstract.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Assembling, addressing, and shipping merchandise or material.
  • Receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming products.
  • Recording incoming merchandise or material accurately.
  • Arranging transportation of products.
  • Transporting vehicles as required.
  • Performing general physical activities to load, unload, sort, and move shipments by hand or using material-handling equipment (lifting up to 50lbs).
  • Assisting with Lot Attendant duties when necessary.
  • Shuttling vehicles between dealership locations within the Group.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as preparing items for shipment.
