Job summary

The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers, is seeking a part-time Receptionist for Village Honda to greet visitors, screen guests and answer inbound calls. You will help keep visitor profiles and log sheets accurate while delivering friendly service in a busy showroom environment.

Typical hours include Mondays 3pm–8pm and alternating Saturdays 8am–6pm, with a benefits package, pension plan and employee assistance program.

• Maintaining accurate visitor profiles and log sheets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen visitors at Village Honda and direct them appropriately.
• Answer inbound calls and refer as needed to the right teams.
• Ensure profiles and log sheets for the dealership are accurate and up to date.

About the role:

• The Receptionist is responsible for, but not limited to, greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls in a friendly manner, and ensuring the accuracy of profiles and log sheets for the overall dealership.
• Mondays : 3pm - 8pm
• Saturdays: 8am - 6pm on every alternate Saturday
