• 2+ years with front line sales and customer service.
• Prior parts sourcing or purchasing of products is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Sells parts and builds customer relationships by identifying parts, taking orders, and creating invoices.
• Increases sales by making suggestions and advising customers on product applications.
• Stocks shelves, maintains store area, and participates in inventory.
• Sources parts and seeks technical information regarding products.
• Accepts returns and manages customer interactions.
