Job summary

PartSource, a PartSource brand under Canadian Tire, is seeking a PartsPro to assist customers by locating correct automotive parts using our parts lookup system and by recommending solutions. You will contribute to sales growth while maintaining brand standards and adhering to store procedures.

You should have a strong customer-service mindset, enjoy automotives, and be comfortable working with POS systems and varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for automobiles, with a foundational knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including point of sale.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Familiarity with using protective equipment, including mandatory certified safety shoes (provided upon hire), and as required, safety glasses, reflective safety vest, gloves, and apron.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License is an asset.

Responsibilities

Our typical hiring range is between $17.00 and $21.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
