Job summary

McNaught Cadillac Buick GMC in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking a Parts Consultant for the front counter. You will research and source parts for customers and technicians, issue quotes, sell parts, and handle special orders while maintaining inventory.

This onsite role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate understands Parts & Service operations, has dealership experience, and demonstrates strong organization, integrity, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with automotive dealership and/or Parts Department.
• Completion of a related post-secondary program is considered an asset.
• Experience with CDK is considered an asset.
• Understanding of Parts & Service operations and inventory management.
• Diplomacy, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professionalism and high integrity trusted by others.

Responsibilities

• Research and source parts for customers or technicians.
• Sell parts to customers or service work orders.
• Process special-order parts requests and notify customers upon delivery.
• Communicate status of parts orders and deliveries to customers.
• Restock shelves and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
