Job summary

Green Diamond Equipment in Summerside, PEI is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Sales Representative to handle selling, receiving and delivery of parts and accessories. This role includes in-store customer service, merchandising, and stock duties.

Candidates should have basic data entry skills, familiarity with parts catalogs, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. A high school diploma is required; forklift license and a clean driver’s abstract are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic data entry / keyboarding skills.
• Previous parts / retail experience preferred.
• Ability to use Parts Catalog computer application.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driver Abstract.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
• Records all sales and/or counter transactions that occur.
• Process all parts orders in full when parts leave with customer.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.
• Assists in working on reports, projects or parts related duties given by Parts Manager.
• Work with other departments as directed by your Parts Manager.

We're looking for a motivated and customer focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our Summerside, PEI location.

Purpose:

Salary range: $40,000-$55,000 annually
