Job summary

Centennial Auto Group in Charlottetown, PEI is seeking a Parts Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring accurate processes and optimal inventory management. You will coordinate parts ordering, receiving, invoicing, and returns while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Leverage prior automotive parts experience and strong organizational skills to lead the parts team, work with service advisors and technicians, and maintain high standards of accuracy

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Parts Department operations and ensure efficient, accurate processes.
• Manage inventory levels, counts, and stock movement to maintain accuracy while minimizing shortages and overstock.
• Coordinate the ordering, receiving, invoicing, and return of parts.
• Develop and improve inventory and department processes.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure parts availability and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturer partners.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the parts team while promoting a positive and organized work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer service.

LOCATION: Centennial Mazda, Charlottetown, PEI

HOURS: Full time, 40-44 hours per week, Monday – Friday

WAGES: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour + benefits – Negotiable based on experience.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

APPLICABLE SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in an automotive parts department role.
• Knowledge of automotive DMS systems is considered a strong asset (PBS preferred). PBS Training will be provided.
