Green Diamond Equipment, your Maritime John Deere Dealership with 15 locations, is looking for a motivated Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our Summerside, PEI location. You will sell and deliver parts, provide in-store customer service, and support merchandise displays while maintaining an orderly parts department.

Requirements include basic data entry, retail/parts experience, ability to use the Parts Catalog system, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Basic data entry skills.
• Prior parts/retail experience preferred.
• Ability to use Parts Catalog computer application.
• Strong teamwork ability.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean abstract.

Aufgaben

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
• Records all sales and counter transactions that occur.
• Processes all parts orders in full when parts leave with customer.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and keeping the parts department clean.
• Verifies receipt of shipments and assists with placing stock orders in inventory locations.
• Assists in reports, projects or parts-related duties as directed by Parts Manager.
• Works with other departments as directed by Parts Manager.

We’re looking for a motivated and customer focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our Summerside, PEI location.

Purpose:
Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. In addition performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.

Responsibilities:

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Records all sales and/or counter transactions that occur.
• Process all parts orders in full when parts leave with customer.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays as well as keeping parts department clean and orderly
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
• Assists in working on any reports, projects or parts related duties given by Parts Manager
• Work with other departments as directed by your Parts Manager

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Basic data entry / keyboarding skills
• Previous parts / retail experience preferred
• Ability to use Parts Catalog computer application
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Forklift license preferred
• Valid Drivers License and Clean Drivers Abstract

Salary range: $40,000-$55,000 annually
