Job summary

Massilly North America is seeking a Field Service Parts Coordinator for a 15-month contract in Ontario, Canada. You will manage parts procurement, inventory control, and shipments to support field operations across North America.

Responsibilities include stock accuracy, supplier coordination, quotes, and emergency orders. The role requires 2+ years in a coordinating/administrative position, lifting capability, and English proficiency. Eligible for benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a coordinator or administrator in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist level.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Intermediate English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and organize parts while conducting cycle counts.
• Source, order and track parts from suppliers and coordinate deliveries.
• Identify parts with customers/technicians, provide quotes and ship as needed.
• Handle emergency orders to meet time-critical requirements.
• Maintain showroom/parts area for safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare quotations and management reports.
• Assist technicians with machine setup and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the role:

Massilly is seeking a Field Service Parts Coordinator for a 15-month contract to manage parts procurement, logistics, and ensure inventory availability across North America. Supporting both Massilly Services and our customer base, you will order and stock inventory, prepare accurate quotes, and dispatch shipments to keep field operations running smoothly. If you thrive managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of inventory, we’d love to connect!

What you’ll do:

• Maintain accurate stock levels, organize parts, conduct quarterly cycle counts and manage backorders


• Source, order and track parts from suppliers, coordinating deliveries.


• Work with the customer/technician to identify parts required, quote to customers, and ship as necessary.


• Emergency Order, when expedited or emergency order, ensuring the shipment is picked up or delivered to shipper for time critical orders


• Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used directly for the Field Service Department.


• Maintain and organize the showroom/ parts area for safety and cleanliness.


• Prepare quotations for customers and reports for management


• Assist Technicians with machine setup/customer enquiries as needed


• All other duties and tasks as assigned

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 2+ years of experience in the role of coordinator or administrator, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing/ industrial/ commercial environment


• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted from the floor to waist level


• Intermediate Google Suite


• Intermediate level English (verbal and written)
