Job summary

CSN Herbers South in Edmonton, AB is hiring a Parts Coordinator to join our automotive team. The role focuses on parts management, vendor coordination, and data entry across Nexyis and MS Office, supporting repair plans and warranty processes.

Candidates with automotive parts experience are preferred; training is available. A valid Class 5 driver’s license is required, and you must be comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues.
• Follow up with vendors on reorders, late parts, damaged parts and parts credits.
• Negotiate credit amounts and taking photos for justification.
• Follow up with shipping companies and communicate updates to appropriate internal team members.
• Entering data into computer systems (i.e. Nexyis and Microsoft Office)
• Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.
• Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.
• Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts.
• Mirror incoming parts to the on the parts carts.
• Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts.
• Bring parts carts to stalls when needed.
• Other duties as required by Location Manager.
