Job summary

Assured Automotive in North Bay, Canada is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify parts quality and accuracy in a timely manner according to the production schedule.

The role requires 1-3+ years of automotive parts experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with parts systems like Car-part/Progi/APU. A valid driver’s license is also required, with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus).
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Work with vendors to order and receive all parts, in a timely manner.
• Enter all parts invoices into our Information System.
• Label, track and organize all parts accordingly.
• Communicate all Parts Price Changes to all required team members.
• Manage all part returns and ensure credits are received.
• Ensure invoices and credit memos are posted and filed/scanned, in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts area.
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.
