Job summary

CSN West Kelowna is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our automotive team on a full‑time, on‑site basis in West Kelowna, BC. The role focuses on shipping and receiving automotive parts, data entry, and coordinating with vendors to keep parts available for repairs.

You will participate in daily release meetings, follow up on reorders, late or damaged parts, and ensure accurate parts inventory and documentation using Nexyis and Microsoft Office. Valid Class 5 license required.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Previous customer service/administrative experience is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Valid Class 5 driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily release meetings and provide status on parts/sublet issues.
• Follow up with vendors on reorders, late parts, damaged parts and credits.
• Negotiate credit amounts and take photos for justification.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and update internal teams.
• Enter data into Nexyis and Microsoft Office.
• Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.
• Ensure insurance policies for OEM/aftermarket/used parts are followed.
• Receive, unpack and check all incoming parts.
• Mirror incoming parts to the parts carts and place on cart.

CSN West Kelowna has an opportunity for a well-rounded Parts Coordinatorto join the team. The primary duties of this position involve the shipping and receiving of automotive parts.

Qualifications:

• Candidates with automotive parts experience will be given priority but more than willing to train the right candidate.
• Previous customer service/administrative experience is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Valid Class 5 drivers license required.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues.
• Follow up with vendors on reorders, late parts, damaged parts and parts credits.
• Negotiate credit amounts and taking photos for justification.
• Follow up with shipping companies and communicate updates to appropriate internal team members.
• Entering data into computer systems (i.e. Nexyis and Microsoft Office)
• Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.
• Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.
• Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts.
• Mirror incoming parts to the on the parts carts.
• Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts.
• Bring parts carts to stalls when needed.
• Other duties as required by Location Manager.
