Job summary

CSN West Kelowna is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our team in West Kelowna, BC. This full-time role involves shipping and receiving automotive parts, with an hourly wage of CA$20.00 to CA$25.00.

Qualifications include automotive parts experience (preferred), customer service/administrative skills, and a valid Class 5 license. You will handle vendor follow-ups, process credits, data entry in Nexyis and MS Office, and coordinate with shipping companies.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily release meetings and provide status on parts issues.
• Follow up with vendors on reorders, late or damaged parts.
• Negotiate credits and document justification with photos.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and inform internal teams.
• Enter data into Nexyis and MS Office.
• Prepare all parts orders after repair plans.
• Ensure OEM, aftermarket and used parts insurance policies are followed.
• Receive, unpack and inspect incoming parts.
• Mirror incoming parts to the carts.
• Move parts carts to stalls as needed.
• Perform other duties as required by Location Manager.

Qualifications:

• Candidates with automotive parts experience will be given priority but more than willing to train the right candidate.
• Previous customer service/administrative experience is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Valid Class 5 drivers license required.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues.
• Follow up with vendors on reorders, late parts, damaged parts and parts credits.
• Negotiate credit amounts and taking photos for justification.
• Follow up with shipping companies and communicate updates to appropriate internal team members.
• Entering data into computer systems (i.e. Nexyis and Microsoft Office)
• Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.
• Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.
• Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts.
• Mirror incoming parts to the on the parts carts.
• Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts.
• Bring parts carts to stalls when needed.
• Other duties as required by Location Manager.
