Job summary

CSN Herbers South in Edmonton, AB is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support daily operations, manage parts orders, and coordinate with vendors. The role requires attention to detail, customer service experience, and data entry into Nexyis and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience preferred, but training may be provided.
• Previous customer service/administrative experience is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Valid Class 5 drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues.
• Follow up with vendors on reorders, late parts, damaged parts and parts credits.
• Negotiate credit amounts and take photos for justification.
• Follow up with shipping companies and communicate updates to appropriate internal team members.
• Entering data into Nexyis and Microsoft Office
• Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.
• Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.
• Receive, unpack and check all incoming parts.
• Mirror incoming parts to the on the parts carts.
• Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts.
• Bring parts carts to stalls when needed.
• Other duties as required by Location Manager.
