Job summary

Aviation Starlink is seeking a dedicated maintenance storekeeper in Dorval to safeguard inventory and support the aircraft maintenance team. You will manage parts receiving, issue and returns, purchasing, and control of tools and consumables.

The role requires a college diploma, 1–3 years of material management experience, bilingual French/English, and knowledge of MS Office. Eligibility for RAIC and Canadian status is expected.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant storekeeping or purchasing experience.
• Experience with material management or purchasing is preferred.
• Able to read technical certifications (8130-1, Form 1, C of C).
• Eligible for RAIC; Canadian citizenship or permanent residency.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect parts and create/approve purchase orders.
• Package and ship parts; manage tool calibration and control issuance/return.
• Maintain tool cabinets and inspect equipment; manage consumables and expiration dates.
• Keep the store clean, analyze inventory issues, and ensure health-and-safety compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to support operations.

The duties of the maintenance storekeeper include, but are not limited to:

Parts and Services Related Tasks

• Control and perform receiving inspection of parts
• Create and approve purchase orders
• Responsible for packaging and shipping parts

Tools and Equipment Related Tasks

• Control and maintain tool calibration

• Control and maintain the issue and return of tools/equipment in good condition
• Maintain tool cabinets
• Control and inspect equipment

Consumable Products Related Tasks

• Maintain the product expiration date system
• Maintain an adequate level of consumable products

General Tasks

• Keep the store clean and organized
• Analyze and correct inventory process issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures by using only company-provided approved equipment and materials

Required Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the field;
• Experience in material management or purchasing management;
• Experience or knowledge of Corridor (an asset);
• In-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite;
• Ability to read and understand technical parts certification (8130-1, Form 1, C of C);
• Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status;
• Eligible for obtaining a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
