Job summary

Zero-C is seeking a hands-on Production Laborer for our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled manufacturing plant in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. You will maintain production tools, support manufacturing and logistics, and help keep the workplace clean and safe.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to operate forklifts and other equipment as needed while working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with a driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is asset.
• Good command of spoken and written French.
• Manual dexterity and attention to quality work.
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong sense of priorities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production tools to ensure proper operation and durability (lubrication, cleaning, visual inspections, and reporting irregularities).
• Keep work areas clean and safe to maintain an organized environment.
• Manage waste, recycling, and exterior building maintenance to preserve cleanliness and safety.
• Receive and prepare shipments to ensure shipping quality and compliance.
• Perform production-related tasks (cutting, painting, assisting workers) to support manufacturing operations.
• Inspect equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts to ensure safe operation and condition.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes when required to facilitate material handling.
• Collaborate with management to organize workshop space and workflow to optimize project execution.
• Perform other related tasks.
