Job summary

Colonial Group in Laval, QC, is looking for a Parts Advisor – Trainer for the day shift. You will onboard and train new Parts staff, coordinate ongoing training for Advisors, answer calls, help customers find the parts they need, and assist Shipping with preparing orders.

The role requires at least four years in a similar position, excellent customer service, and bilingual fluency in French and English. Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset; Fusion and Microsoft experience are helpful, and

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset);
• Bilingual: fluent spoken French & English.
• Expertise with the Fusion program and Microsoft (a strong asset!).

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new Parts employees;
• Providing basic training to all new Parts employees;
• Coordinating ongoing training for Parts Advisors;
• Answering phone calls;
• Serving customers and providing them with the parts they need;
• Performing parts inventory;
• Helping Shipping prepare parts for delivery.
