Career Advancement- Parts Manager

Job summary

Royal Auto Group is seeking a Parts and Customer Service Associate. You will greet customers, handle parts requests, and process orders and invoices in CDK. Responsibilities include sourcing parts, selling dealership products, and maintaining stock levels.

The role involves handling cores, keys, accessories, and warranty items, with weekday hours 8am–5pm and alternating Saturdays. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within the Parts department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Gr. 12) required.
• Automotive parts knowledge required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and provide excellent customer service. Follow the telephone- answering procedures.
• Address customer and technician requests.
• Pull parts from inventory as outlined in pull board procedure and generate invoices.
• Source Parts. Enter parts number into the computer that has been given to the technicians on work orders.
• Sell dealership products.
• Create orders for all parts ordered.
• Ship Cores- retail and warranty.
• Reorder stock parts and empty bin parts.
• Keep proper stock level for shop parts and supplies.
• Check off all parts arrivals and receipt the orders in CDK
• Cut Keys
• Sell accessories and parts
