Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone; assess needs.
• Process parts orders with pricing, payment, and completion.
• Fulfill orders from stock and coordinate specials.
• Provide pricing and availability information; back-ordered items updates.
• Research part numbers and alternatives; liaise with other departments.
• Support maintenance scheduling and enter maintenance contracts.
• Register unit sales and maintain records in systems.
• Explain and promote technical products and services.
• Maintain organized parts department; assist with restocking and audits.
