Zusammenfassung

South London Nissan, part of the AutoCanada Inc. network, seeks a Parts Advisor to source and sell parts, manage inventory, and support service operations. You will issue price quotes, handle special orders, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers about order status, restocking shelves, and following safety policies. A related post-secondary program and CDK familiarity are assets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an automotive dealership or Parts Department is preferred.
• Post-secondary program or training is an asset.
• Familiarity with CDK is an asset.
• Understanding of Parts & Service operations and inventory management.
• Diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Professional integrity and reliability.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to meet physical demands and hold a valid Ontario driver’s license.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Aufgaben

• Research and source parts for customers and technicians.
• Sell parts to customers and service work orders.
• Complete special-order parts requests.
• Communicate status of parts ordered and delivery dates.
• Pickup parts for customers or technicians.
• Restock shelves and manage warranty parts.
• Keep work area and displays clean.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as required.
