Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Parts Advisor to join the team at Vaughan Chrysler in Vaughan, Ontario. The position offers a pay rate of $40,000–$65,000 per year and involves helping customers select parts, processing orders, and maintaining stock.

The ideal candidate will show enthusiasm, a growth mindset, and familiarity with Reynolds/CDK systems; wholesale experience is a plus. Dilawri Group of Companies is a leading automotive group focused on excellence and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently help customers choose parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) withhigh-quality services
• Provide customers with information about accessoryparts and specials
• Take orders for parts by telephone, techniciancounter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
• Organize and fill orders out of the stock
• Organize orders for shipping, delivery purposes,or daily pickup
• Help to stock all new parts on shelves andmaintain parts properly and organized at all times
