Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Parts Advisor for the Vaughan Chrysler team in Vaughan, Ontario. The role focuses on helping customers select parts and processing orders accurately for retail, shop, and wholesale accounts.

The pay rate ranges from $40,000 to $65,000 annually, with opportunities to grow within one of Canada’s largest automotive groups. Experience with Reynolds/CDK systems is preferred, and the position emphasizes delivery of high-quality customer service and efficient

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sales or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to process orders via phone, counter, and email.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently help customers choose parts and provide high-quality services for retail and shop customers.
• Provide information about accessory parts and specials.
• Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts.
• Organize and fill orders from stock.
• Arrange orders for shipping, delivery, or daily pickup.
• Help stock all new parts on shelves and keep parts organized at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently help customers choose parts andprovide internal and external customers (retail and shop) withhigh-quality services
• Provide customers with information about accessoryparts and specials
• Take orders for parts by telephone, techniciancounter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
• Organize and fill orders out of the stock
• Organize orders for shipping, delivery purposes,or daily pickup
• Help to stock all new parts on shelves andmaintain parts properly and organized at all times

Qualifications:

• The enthusiasm to be part of one of the fastestgrowing automotive sales teams in the industry
• The aspiration to grow beyond this position
• Experience with Reynolds/CDK system preferred
• Wholesale experience an asset
