Dilawri Group of Companies is actively seeking a Service Advisor to join the Markham Kia team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, explaining repairs, and scheduling service visits in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will greet customers, advise on maintenance needs, and strive to provide an extraordinary customer experience while promoting services and labor opportunities. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• CDK experience preferred.
• Aptitude for customer relations and service.
• Ability to sell required maintenance.
• Ability to work as part of a TEAM.
