Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies, Canada’s largest automotive group, is seeking a Sales Consultant for 401 Dixie Kia in Mississauga. This commission-based role focuses on following up on leads, meeting goals, and expanding the customer base with proactive prospecting.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain strong vehicle model knowledge. Ontario OMVIC license and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle features and benefits is a plus.
• Ability to build trust and close deals with customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads from various sources.
• Meet individual and department sales goals.
• Promote new business and grow the customer base through prospecting and referrals.
• Provide a superior customer experience to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and participate in product training.
• Set monthly productivity goals and plan how to achieve them.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models.

Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Sales Consultant to join the team at 401 Dixie Kia.

Pay Rate: This role is Commission based.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all leads from a variety of sources
• Meet individual and department goals
• Promote new business and contribute to the company’s customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks
• Providing a superior experience for our customers in order to exceed their expectations
• Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, including participating in product training available
• Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives
• Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models

Qualifications

• Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers
• A passion for customer service
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
• Industry experience preferred
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience
• Valid OMVIC License required
