Job summary

Humberview Volkswagen in Etobicoke is seeking a Parts Advisor to join the team. You will identify, source, order, and sell automotive parts, support technicians, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Compensation includes base salary plus monthly performance bonus, with a typical range of $42,000 to $60,000 CAD per year. The role offers incentives and a focus on career growth within The Humberview Group.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Experience with CDK software is an asset.
• Knowledge of Volkswagen products is an asset.
• Ability to learn and utilize electronic parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists all customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Delivers parts to the shop when needed and distributes to the appropriate technician.
• Sells parts through the shop, by phone, over the counter to customers.
• Assists walk-in and wholesale customers with the selection of parts and informs customers about the product line.
• Prepares orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick-up.
• Reviews files weekly to keep track of back orders.
• Issues credit for parts returned.
• Assists with shipping/receiving when necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play an important role in supporting both customers and the service department by identifying, sourcing, ordering, and selling automotive parts. You'll help maintain accurate inventory, assist technicians with required parts, and ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
