Job summary

The Humberview Group in Toronto is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (310S) to join our high‑performing service team. You will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with precision, working in a fast-paced environment and upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Dealership experience required.
• Experience with German brands is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a technician position is preferred.
• Strong aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs.
• Motivated, hardworking and a team player.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair.
• Identify root causes of vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Confirm warranty eligibility before performing warranty repairs. Communicate repair recommendations clearly with the service team
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Volkswagen MidTown Toronto is looking for a310S Licensed Technicianto add to our high-performing service team in Toronto. Volkswagen MidTown Toronto is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

As a Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our customers safely on the road by performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with precision and efficiency. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation:$36 to $42 per flat rate hourly + bonus, based on experience and training.

What You’ll Do
