Job Opportunity: Parts Advisor at Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT

Location: Kennedy Road, North of Hwy 401, Toronto.

Experience Required: 2+ years of Chrysler Experience

Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is excited to expand our Parts Team and is on the lookout for a driven, customer-focused Parts Advisor. This is a key position, acting as the frontline service representative to ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience in line with our commitment to honesty and transparency.

We are a Certified Collision Repair Centre, authorized with - Stellantis (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep RAM, SRT) Kia Motors, Hyundai, Genesis, Nissa, Honda, Acura, SUbaru.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and greet clients upon arrival.
• Assist customers with inquiries and arrange mobility options.
• Follow up with customers on special ordered parts and book appointments.
• Manage special order parts files and notify customers when parts arrive.
• Assist customers during vehicle pickup and handle payment processing.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Vehicle Repairs: Knowledge of maintenance and repairs.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years with various vehicle makes and models.
• Valid Driver's License: Required for the position.
• CDK Service Platforms: Experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Customer Interaction: Friendly and helpful demeanor.
