Dilawri Group is actively seeking a Parts Advisor to join the team at INEOS Grenadier.

Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in selecting parts and provide high-quality service to internal and external customers (retail and shop)
• Inform customers about accessory parts and special offers
• Take orders for parts via telephone, technician counter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts
• Organize and fulfill stock orders
• Arrange for shipping, delivery, or daily pickup of orders
• Stock and organize new parts on shelves, maintaining proper organization at all times

Qualifications :

• Enthusiasm to be part of a fast-growing automotive sales team
• Aspiring to grow beyond this role
• Experience with Reynolds / CDK system required
• Wholesale experience is an asset
• Good time management skills
• Dealership experience in a parts department is preferred
