Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies - Saskatchewan is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our growing team. You will help customers identify and order the correct parts, collaborate with service technicians, and maintain knowledge of parts catalogues and inventory levels.

You will process orders, track shipments, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate records while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of parts orders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts catalogues, pricing and inventory levels.
• Process parts orders, track shipments, and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of parts inventory, order history and customer interactions.
• Prepare parts invoices.
• Ensure your work station is clean and in an orderly manner.
• Examine returned parts for defects and exchange or refund as needed.
