Job summary

Leggat Ancaster Toyota is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join the team. You will assist customers in selecting automotive parts, handle inquiries, process orders, and manage payments while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of car parts, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and basic computer proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts advisor is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and basic repairs.
• Proficient with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting automotive parts and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers (retail and shop).
• Answer incoming calls, provide pricing, and respond to inquiries.
• Process parts orders from technicians, retail customers, telephone inquiries, and wholesale accounts.
• Receive and process payments from retail customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly per dealership guidelines.
• Perform duties requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Your Role:

• Assist customers in selecting automotive parts while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers (retail and shop)
