Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on conventional, hybrid, and electric vehicles as assigned.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle concerns using appropriate diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
Diagnose and repair hybrid vehicle systems, including high-voltage batteries, electric motors, inverters, charging systems, and related components.
Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety protocols when working with high-voltage systems.
Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify additional maintenance, safety, or repair requirements.
Communicate diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and repair procedures clearly to Service Advisors.
Perform road tests and post-repair inspections to verify vehicle performance, safety, and quality of repairs.
Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and dealership standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all applicable workplace and high-voltage safety standards.
Stay current with emerging hybrid, EV, and automotive technologies through ongoing training and professional development.
