Leggat Ancaster Toyota in Hamilton is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. You will assist customers with parts selection, provide pricing, and process orders with a focus on outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting automotive parts with exceptional service.
• Answer incoming calls, provide pricing, and respond to inquiries.
• Process parts orders from technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts.
• Receive and process payments from retail customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly per dealership guidelines.
• Perform duties requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Your Role:

• Assist customers in selecting automotive parts while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers (retail and shop)
  
• Answer incoming telephone calls, provide pricing, and respond to inquiries
  
• Process parts orders from technicians, retail customers, telephone inquiries, and wholesale accounts
  
• Receive and process payments from retail customers
  
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and in accordance with dealership guidelines
  
• Perform duties requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
