G Adventures in Toronto is seeking a Partnership Specialist to oversee assigned partnerships, ensuring quality delivery of tours and seamless integration of partner products into our operational model. You will work with local operations to monitor product requirements, evaluate participant feedback, and proactively address trends with stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand standards, update trip materials, and support continuous improvement in partnership

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the travel industry and a genuine interest in responsible tourism and global destinations.
• Proven ability to enter, validate and report data accurately.
• Experience supporting partnership coordination, operational workflows, or cross-functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and document routine communications with external partner organizations, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of trip logistics, updates, and feedback.
• Support rollout of product or program changes by distributing materials, guidelines, and instructions to internal teams and partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with partner organizations as a consistent point of contact for questions, updates, and feedback.
