Job summary

G Adventures in Canada is seeking a ticketing and airline coordination specialist to manage global air services, ticketing, exchanges, and refunds. You will stay updated on airline rules, support the Inside Sales team to promote flights with tours, and act as the primary contact for the Internal Booking Engine.

A fast-paced, detail-oriented approach is essential. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in travel sales, strong Amadeus Cryptic experience, and solid MS Office/Google Workspace skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service and travel sales environment.
• Strong airline ticketing knowledge including changes and refunds.
• Proficiency with Amadeus Cryptic and internal booking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and airline coordination across global air services.
• Daily queue management and timely email responses.
• Ensure compliance with airline rules and proactive problem solving.
• Support Inside Sales in promoting flights with tours to boost attachments.
• Serve as primary contact for G Air matters and booking engine projects.
• Provide after-hours emergency support as needed.
