Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability with experience creating dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Proven ability to solve problems using structured reasoning and data interpretation.
• Skilled communicator capable of influencing peers and presenting findings.
• Aptitude for technology adoption and platform improvement work.
• Knowledge of document delivery tools and industry consortia tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support Kensington Air and White Label Air for efficiency and optimization.
• Act as an internal champion, increasing awareness and usage of air services.
• Improve efficiency of workflows through enhancements to booking systems.
• Monitor and report performance metrics for air operations.
• Operationalize airline agreements through internal tools.
• Execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing air attachment.
