THE ROLE

In this role, you support a national sponsorship portfolio that provides essential funding for CFMWS signature events and priority programs across Sports & Fitness, Recreation, Deployment Support, and more. Your work directly contributes to delivering meaningful value to the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) community by helping secure the revenue needed to strengthen programs and elevate events across the organization.
Your day often begins with coordinating and administering programming that offer unique opportunities for the CAF community, supporting event planning, maintaining calendars and tracking systems, preparing records of decision, reconciling contracts and financials, and monitoring sponsorship KPIs. You collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing & Communications, Finance, and your direct team to ensure alignment and seamless program execution. Whether coordinating in person events, preparing marketing materials, working with accounting to reconcile payments, or supporting live activations to engage partners, you play a central role in meeting revenue goals while ensuring partner satisfaction and retention.
Throughout the day, you may prepare impact reporting, review partner deliverables, maintain documentation, or oversee tracking systems to ensure accuracy and accountability.
