Job summary

Plusgrade Travel is looking for a Partner Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new partners, from signed contract through successful go-live. You will manage technical uploads, data mapping, and platform configurations while training partner teams to be self-sufficient on our platform.

You will leverage AI automations and workflows to handle routine setup tasks and surface partner health signals early across Salesforce, Mixpanel, Smartlook, and Metabase.

Partner Operations Manager

The moment a partner signs a contract, their entire experience with our technology rests on how smoothly we bring them live, and right now we need someone to architect that first impression from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

You will lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new clients, taking full ownership of their technical onboarding from signed contract to successful go-live.

Your day-to-day involves executing technical uploads, data mapping, and platform configurations, while training partner teams to ensure they are fully confident on our platform.

You will leverage AI automations and agentic workflows to handle recurring setup tasks and surface partner health signals early across tools like Salesforce, Mixpanel, Smartlook, and Metabase.

When technical roadblocks surface, you will partner directly with Product and R&D to solve them quickly and keep launch timelines on schedule.

What You Bring

You have a track record of driving technical implementation and onboarding projects, ideally within hospitality or product adoption environments.

You maintain high operational rigor, staying organized while juggling multiple complex partner launches, data mapping tasks, and tight timelines simultaneously.

You explain complex technical requirements clearly to both technical engineers and business stakeholders without getting lost in jargon.

You take a logical approach to troubleshooting, quickly diagnosing integration bottlenecks and collaborating with Product teams to resolve them.

When it comes to AI, you do not just use basic prompts. You have built repeatable workflows to remove manual work and know when output is ready for a partner versus when it needs your direct review.
