Job Description: Solution Engineer Airline and hospitality loyalty programs are complex, and bringing them to life requires someone who can architect the solution before the contract is even signed. We are looking for a technical consultant to step into high-stakes pre-onboarding engagements, own integration design end to end, and turn ambitious loyalty goals into scalable systems.

What You'll Be Doing

You will serve as the technical lead during pre-onboarding for our loyalty commerce unit, partnering closely with Business Development and Delivery teams. You will drive discovery workshops with loyalty program directors, revenue management leaders, and tech executives to translate ambitious goals into solid integration frameworks across environments like Amadeus, Sabre, and Navitaire. Connected AI workflows handle the initial pass on complex loyalty schemas and integration risk analysis, so your focus stays on high-stakes partner alignment and critical architectural decisions. Your day to day centers on validating API connectivity, member data models, and platform constraints to ensure a seamless technical transition from pre-sales to post-signature execution.

What You Bring

You bring deep expertise in loyalty platform architectures, including member data models, accrual and redemption engines, tier management, and integration experience with systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Navitaire. You possess exceptional technical communication skills, effortlessly translating complex architectural constraints into compelling narratives for both technical teams and executive leadership. You balance a commercial mindset with consultative design rigor, favoring scalable long-term integration frameworks over temporary customized patches. When it comes to AI, you don't just use it, you've replaced recurring manual scoping and documentation work with workflows you built and refined, and you know how to validate technical outputs before presenting them to leadership. You maintain sharp organizational discipline across multiple active deals, documenting API dependencies, data flows, and platform specs with total clarity.
