Qualifications

• University degree in a behavioural sciences field with emphasis on social work, sociology, or psychology.
• Minimum 3 years delivering supports/services in correctional or community settings, esp. criminal justice or social services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop program activities and events.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and staff supervision.
• Recruit, screen, and train staff, volunteers, and practicum students.
• Coordinate with community agencies and service providers.
• Prepare and monitor program budgets and financial records.
• Promote the program in the community and support client-centered services.
