Qualifications

• Genuinely enjoys working with children and teenagers.
• Able to communicate clearly and explain concepts in different ways.
• Currently pursuing or completed post-secondary education.
• Experience with tutoring, coaching, or youth programs is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work with students in a small-group setting, typically up to three students.
• Follow an individualized Oxford Learning program based on each student’s needs.
• Support students in reading, writing, math, and study skills as applicable.
• No lesson planning required; teaching materials are provided.
