Oxford Learning West Vancouver is seeking a part-time Elementary Reading, Writing & Math Tutor to join our team. You’ll work with elementary students in a supportive small-group setting and help reinforce literacy and math skills.
No lesson planning is required; all materials are provided. We’re looking for university students or graduates with strong English and a passion for helping children learn, who are punctual and reliable, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Oxford Learning West Vancouver is looking for a positive, patient, and enthusiastic Elementary Reading, Writing & Math Tutor to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for university students, recent graduates, education students, experienced tutors, and educators who enjoy working with children.
Teaching certification is not required.
You’ll work with elementary-aged students in a supportive small-group environment, typically working with up to three students at a time.
Students follow individualized Oxford Learning programs designed to strengthen their academic skills, confidence, and independence.

All programming and teaching materials are provided, so there is no lesson planning required.
We're looking for someone who:
Previous experience tutoring, teaching, coaching, mentoring, babysitting, working at camps, or otherwise working with children is an asset.
Formal classroom teaching experience is not required.
Job Type:Part-Time
Salary: $22 – $30 / hour, depending on qualifications, experience, subjects, and availability

We are currently looking for candidates who can consistently work at least 2 days per week.
Weekday shifts: approximately 3:30PM–6:30 PM
Saturday shifts: also available
Consistent availability throughout the school year is strongly preferred.
