Job summary

A supplemental education provider in Calgary is seeking a passionate Part‑Time Educator/Tutor to help students succeed in Elementary and High School subjects. You will work directly with students to enhance their learning, provide support in subjects like English, math, and French, and follow structured methodologies. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, relevant education, and teaching experience. Qualifications

• Availability between 9:00 am - 8:00 pm, flexible hours required.
• Commitment through the end of the 2025-26 school year.
• Experience teaching/tutoring at the Kindergarten to Grade 12 level.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 3 students at a time in Elementary grades.
• Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies.
• Complete daily student communication updates and monthly progress reports.

Skills

Strong English written and oral communication skills

Ability to teach French

Multitasking

Education

Bachelor’s degree or similar certification in a relevant field

Third‑year university students with tutoring experience

Working towards or having a teaching certification

Knowledge of current Kindergarten to Grade 12 curriculum
