Cineplex Entertainment LP in Edmonton is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to help lead a dedicated team and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.

You will assist with budgeting, revenue growth, and coordinating actions to drive the business forward in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours and a commitment to excellent guest service are essential.

Formación

• You have experience in a similar environment.
• You can analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
• You have demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
• You have strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
• You have schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
