Job summary

The Body Shop Canada Ltd in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia seeks a customer-focused Retail Team Member to support the Store Management team in delivering retail excellence and engaging customer experiences.

You will handle customer questions, assist with visual merchandising, inventory, and store operations, coach Customer Consultants, and help train new staff, aiming to grow loyalty through product knowledge and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Creatively support visual merchandising, inventory management, store cleanliness, and other store operations as needed
• Communicate effectively and act as a flexible & responsible role model to your team
• Develop customer loyalty by leveraging knowledge of our products, the beauty market, and trends in the beauty industry
• Shape a customer-focused store experience by coaching Customer Consultants to drive customer engagement through storytelling, product demonstration, and bringing our brand to life
