Designer Brands Canada is seeking a part-time Shoe Co. Supervisor to lead our store team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will report to the Store Manager and help drive store objectives through coaching, merchandising, and operational excellence.

• Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences.
• Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge
• Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service and loyalty
• Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Open & closes the store proficiently
