UNIQLO Canada Inc. is hiring part-time Store Associates for our Scarborough Town Centre location in Scarborough. The Store Associate delivers outstanding customer service, helps customers find products, and provides in-depth product information in alignment with UNIQLO values.

Teams collaborate to grow and take on greater responsibilities. Must be able to work up to 32 hours per week, with flexible evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Must be able to work up to 32 hours weekly and varied shifts.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and reflect UNIQLO values.
• Stay knowledgeable about brand, products, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock as needed.
• Assist customers with fitting rooms and payments using POS.
• Other duties as assigned.
