Job summary

UNIQLO Canada Inc. at Vaughan Mills in Vaughan, ON, is seeking part-time Store Associates to deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and help customers find products that meet their needs.

You will work with the store team to maintain clean, organized sales floors, monitor floor stock, assist customers in fitting rooms, and process payments using our POS system, with opportunities for promotion every few months.

Qualifications

• Part Time Store Associates must be able to work up to 32 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
• Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.
• Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Other duties as assigned.
